coming off Test, Question!

I am looking for the right product to take after my 12 week cycle of Test E. I need something to help me keep my gains and help get my natural test levels up. Please let me know what to take, Clomid etc. Thanks

Start PCT 2 weeks after last test injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex (2 and a half pumps. for .25 mg.)
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex (2 and a half pumps. for .25 mg.)
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex(2 and a half pumps. for .25 mg.)
