    Sumo's or Traditional Deads

    i feel it in my back the same. i dont do sumos but i dont do regular, more of a combo of the 2. i put my feet a little wide but not to wide and my hands righ on the inside.

    Yeah i guess mines more of a combo as well, not true sumo, just as long as my hands are inside, just feels more comfortable to me this way.

    Traditional when i could dl, but i do like to do sumo stance RDL's for hams. shit that really reminds me, im going to do them this week for legs.

    Further more, ive always wished I could do a deadlift sumo style but instead of a barbell us a kettleball. But #1 we dont have kettleballs, and #2 id need one that was adjustable between 200-350lbs.
