    I've fallen and i cant get up

    whats up bro's?I have fallen off the workout wagon its been a month since i have even touched a weight I cant seem to get back on! how can i get motivated again.Give me hell bro's i need it

    Ive been off the workout wagon for about 4 months now... and i just got back on last week.
    the best way to get back on, is just to start easing your way back to the gym. Just take baby steps, and eventually youll be back to normal. Just get your @$$ to the gym! lol
