    chest burn

    i no longer get achin chest muscles after my workout is this normi started lifting 7 years ago till i broke my back n just 6 months ago gt back into it

    What exercises you doing? Depends, but cables and flys give me the burn of my life when I hit it hard.

    Otherwise I can lift heavy and hard, bench, incline blah blah blah and get no real soreness the next day...

    drop sets on the incline always get my chest sore and burning like crazy

    Yeah, any stretching motion will give some good muscle soreness. But dont be mistaken here, you dont need to be sore the next day to have had a good workout. Like kickinit said sometimes i can go off on flat, incline, dips and still not be all that sore the next day. You should know when you got it good, in fact you shouldnt have to worry about it at all bc all of your workouts should be good ones Moral of the story dont let muscle soreness be the only indicator of whether or not you had a good workout.

    worry about if your getting a pump or not. Thats the only way your going to know if your chest is stag

    lack of pump = heading for the slump
