    what do i do?

    this is the first time for me to take gear, i have thought about it long and hard, i want to tak it so ivv got 100 purple heart shaped pills and told it was tbol even tho iv nebver seen tbol that shape i was told to take 1 a day for a wek then 2 a day for a wek then 3 a day for a week then work it back down i was told just to work tit back down and i didnt need a post cycle can any1 help me?

    yeah lock those pills up pretend like u never saw them and use that search engine in the upper right to gain some knowledge about the chemicals u r about to introduce to ur body. u can also give us some stats!

    Hold off on gear brother. i dont think your ready for AAS. Get those stats up and eets start there

    bench 85 kg
    squat 115kg
    deadlift 150kg
    17 inc biecepts

    6 days a week starting to train evry muscle group twice a week for a two month period then 1ce a week for a month then back onto twice a wek. i want to b riped but not bulk up two much. thanx for the help guys.

    lucnh wholegrain yougurt
    shake b4 the gym
    shake with steak or chiken and bake patatos for diner

    dinners within 25min of leaving th gym.

    Secondly, food you like? Brother, when it comes to growing you need to eat, regardless of whether you like it or not. If you are eating food that is nasty, it will become good, then bland, then nasty again and then it all starts over.
