    equipoise

    is it ok to take 400mgs eq once a week or even devided up twice a week? if not ,why?

    No matter if you are running test or not with the eq, at 400mg a week you will not see much from it.

    assuming your diet is great you might get 5 to 10 lbs max. Your appetite will go threw the roof and after your 6th or 7th week you will look harder and your veins will be out. Good luck brother

    300mg's on monday...300mg's on friday...for a total of 600mg's I normall run EQ for 12-14weeks...works better for me...
