I am an idiot at math so could someone please tell me what .ml would be 2% of 40 and also 20% of 40 would be.

Try to at least ask your question the proper way

20% of 40 = 20 / 100 * 40 = 0.2 * 40 = 8
you divide the % by 100 and then multiply it by the figure you want to get the percentage from..
