ECA stack?

I have access to ephedrine only tabs and ephedrine caps that already have caffeine added.

The Ephedrine tablets are 30mg each and the Ephedrine Plus caps are a mixture of;

30mg Ephedrine
100mg Caffeine
125mg Sida Cordifolia
75mg White Willow Bark Extract
25mg Naringin

What would be my best option for an eca stack?

when i did an eca stack i did 60mg of ephedrine, 100mg of caffene, 1 aspirin.

problem for me, it acted as a blood thinner. i ended up with a huge blood clot/bleeding in my sinuses. was in the shower one day, and hocked out this HUGE bloody chunk. like..HUGE..

so, becareful. if you have sinus problems, you could have problems....

or you can ditch the asprin or reduce the dose of it...

That's a good blend, just be sure to space servings and not to exceed three in a 24hr. peroid.
