i would recommend googling iron addicts and checking out their forums there and learn a bit more about bodybuilding. Use fitday and log your food, its free and a great tool. it will tell you what your really eating. Maybe even invest in weight gainer shakes, now this might be out there but im going to take a guess and say your training 5-7 days a week doing high volume. Might also want to reconsider that if thats the case, as in maybe 3-4 with low volume and high intensity. But whatever you do, dont just take steroids. I'm a big guy, my brothers bigger and on gear and ive seen all kinds of people that barely work out take steroids and expect to get swole that dont know how to work out, dont work out, or dont eat right. They all look around the same if not worse a year later
