Now I went to a trainer that helped me rehab my back. She said I was in real good physical health but said I need to do more of the core training style workout. You know the workouts where you stand on one foot on top a half ball and do curls or bench press on a ball. I told her I was a bodybuilder and she said I NEEDED to do these to be in complete health. Now I do train my core with deads, squats, lower back extensions, leg raises, crunches, etc. Unfortunately I havent really done any heavy leg workouts due to the test prop (that I stopped after my third injection) cramping me up for two weeks and now this. Lost size in my legs and lost weight but I am getting back into the swing of things. Anybody have any suggestions on this, do I really need to work on balancing and doin those core style workouts????
