    Clen And Cramps?

Ive started using the chinese 40mcg clen as part of my cutter, but ive been getting bad cramps in my calves and glutes, im pretty sure this started a couple of days after starting them. Is this normal as i never got this with the 20mcg tabs but these are definitely stronger as im shaking like **** all the time on them. Also anything i can take to ease the cramps?

You need to supplement with Taurine.

Eat a shit load of potassium, Mostly everything has sodium so thats not your main concern!! Things with alot of potassium are oranges, bananas, and blueberries but basically any fruits and veggies. make sure u get alot of calicum and water as well. Also try getting your hands on some taurine def, like adam said.

Yes, it is a normal Clen side.

Like the fellas said, Clen somehow leeches or otherwise reduces the minerals responsible for moderating fluid levels. This can be corrected by increasing the basic electrolytes sodium, magnesium, potassium, but like BD said sodium is rarely a problem.

Although I performed a rather exhaustive search of several esteemed clinical journals nearly a year ago, it yielded no supporting research evidence for L-Taurine administration with regard to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. However, based on both user testimony & personal experience, this amino acid apparently plays a role in governing electrolytes and as mentioned by Adam should be used.

General ancillary application dictates beginning low at a around 500mgs and increasing by the same amount as necessary. Acute care protocol, regardless of the supplement or condition, mandates starting high (in this case as much as 3-5g) and reducing accordingly until the right balance is struck.

Crampex is a calcium gluconate used to help correct any calcium deficiency to improve poor peripheral circulation. It may help, but I'd still get Taurine.

    Haha, I love clen cramps.

I used to get then in my jaw when I yawned, those were fun. But my favorite was one time when I was pooping I honestly think my sphincter cramped up. It felt like I had a hernia or something. Sorry that was kinda gross.

I take a potassium supplement now, and it greatly reduces them.
