    what form of head exercise should do?

    folks I do have a problem ..I believe this problem arise from inapproprpiate workout routines and techniques...I feel i should correct this problem urgently...here's the problem: everytime i look in the mirror, it seem like my head is not well set on neck....I look awkward a little, even my barber thinks my head is a aliittle crooked....what head exercise do u think i should be doing to reverse or correct this problem? thanks in advance.

    no...i am look for a workout technique. as i said the problem arise from inappropriate workouts over the past several months. I don't need surgery foor that. i think it is a matter of adeptation.

    So you're saying inappropriate workouts made your head crooked on your body?

    I played f-ball in college with a guy who was on some GH and winny. By the time he graduated his head was always leaning to one side. Did u play ball In Oklahoma? I think it was mainly because of all of the hitting during games and practice.

    Exactly. i guess because everytime when I lift (say when I'm doing dumbell curls) my neck's muscles stiff. Now my head looks like it is not well put on my neck. Any advise will be much helpful.

    Dude, you have a serious muscle imbalance. I would schedule an appointment with a good chiropractor and get your neck and back scanned. basically that and your spine might need realined as well.

    Im not telling you to go to a chiro, everyone has there own opinions on them. but I would consider it and getting the scan done.

    Thanks for the advise, mft81. i think the whole thing has somewhat deformed my physique.
