well i wanted to post up my diet and see if anyone could help me out in tweaking it or adding, losing something in it to help me with losing the rest of my fat. Long story short a year ago i weighed in at 318 and never lifted a weight. ive been training now since then and im down to 235 i dont know my bf though. but heres the diet
1. kashi go lean oatmeal 8am
2. wheat bagel with natural peanut butter 11:30am
workout at noon protein shake right after
3. grilled chicken breast with whole grain rice 3pmish
4. no fat cottage cheese (hood) at 5:30pm
5. grilled chicken or top of the round steak with green veggies 8pm
6 protein shake around 10ish
let me know what you guys think im sure by all means its either horrible to you guys or at least needs some work so thats why im asking. thanks for the input.
