I plan to start using GH very soon. I am currently recovering from a distall tendon tear on my left bicep so no weights for 3-6 months. My plan is to start a GH regiment coupled with running and some interval training to cut my body fat. I have read many posts from GH users that have joint pain. Is that pain just a morning thing or does it last all day? Is it bad enough to prevent running/sprinting? Currently at a way to flabby 14% B/F and want to drop down to the 7-8% range. Eating clean and working my legs and cardio is all I can do athis time. Any input?
