Aspirating w/one hand

Hey guys when I started my cycle I was able to turn behind and do my own glute shot but now I can't get back there with both hands so the wife is helpping me when I do glutes. She hates it! How can you aspirate with just the one hand without the pin moving around to much?

Try using your pinky and ring finger to steady the syringe, and use your middle finger to guide it in place, then use your pointer and thumb to pull back on the plunger.

Try your quads as well. Delts are good also.

you can use many easier sites,

i use quads, delts, chest and biceps. all very easy to shoot

i cant remeber where i read this but, i read that when you inject into the glute a higher percent gets absorbed, you can do the glute shot like not that far around eg nearly on your side

there is a very mild difference in blood plasma levels but glutes is said to be the highest.

doesnt make a difference imo.

i have the most issues with oil leaking out with delts. they're a pain in the ass to z track by yourself.

I don't know if it is psychological or what, but I flex when I pull the needle out, and I pull it out fast. It might not really be helping, but I guess in my mind I think it does, I have never had a prob since doing that.

how the hell do you z track your delts by your self hahaha its easier for me to hit my ass than delts now days, feels like i gotta stretch out before i can reach over to aspirate haha
