    Question Advice,

    Hello Everyone,

    I haven't been training for long, however I would like to speed up gaining Lean Muscles (about 20lbs). Now I weight 160lbs and I am 5.94 feet tall.

    I am not sure about steroids at least for now, however i am open to suggestions (beginner cycle with minimum or hopefully no side effects)

    While I was searching the net i found that many websites are introducing stuff and they say these stuff are safe and natural and will help gaining strong lean muscles and will burn fat as well.

    One of these products called Pro Anabolic, i also found many products with the same name, So I am not sure about this, can someone advice if these stuff really works?
    Does anyone knows about this or tried any of similar products?

    How old are you? IMO you should stay more natural if your 5'10 160.

    You can say that my average working hours in no less than 15 Hours and more than this, most of the days with no breakfast and sometimes the 1st meal i eat is after the whole working day and just before going to bed, mostly (Rice or Pasta and any of the followings Sea Food, Chickens or Meat)

    I wasn't drinking too much water but now i drink the normal amount.
    Also, i am not a fan of tea or coffee, sometimes i drink tea when i feel sleepy at work but this doesn't exceed 3 cups per week, i didn't taste coffee ever, i do not smoke at all and haven't smoke before...

    When i eat during working hours, this will be nothing more than a junk food!

    During weekends, this is the only days where i have 3 meals (Rice or Pasta and any of the followings Sea Food, Chickens or Beef Meat), and between meals i eat lots of fruits and lots of vegetables mixed in salads.

    Lately i am trying to eat well, i eat now almost 4-5 times a day...

    Read up in the diet forum, and make up a good diet for yourself. This is definitely your biggest obstacle to gaining right now.

    I know that i have problems with my diet that's why i am currently trying to solve this problem, by taking protine shakes with me to work and eating 2-3 time while working, also i was adviced to take fish oil and multi vitamins, but i really want to speed up the gain, what do you think?

    Question

    So now, what's the safest way to gain about 20lbs of Muscles in a very short period of time (2 Months, may be!), i guess i prefer the oral stuff over the injection if will lead to a good gain.

    If your diet and workout routine are not in order AAS will do nothing good for you. That info is splattered all over this board! I sympathize with you, believe me, we all want this instant 20lbs. of muscle you seek, but you have to be realistic. Put forth some real effort towards good diet, workout and rest as you should and you'll get a lot out of it. You will gain size and strength, how much depends on your effort and your genetics. I know it's not exactly what you wanted to hear, but it's good advice. Have you checked out the stickies in the diet forum? If not, do so.
