    advice please

    i am very new at this stuff and haven't started a cycle yet. my buddy just told me he can get me a 12wk stacked cycle for EDITED which i know i can trust him cause he does it himself. anyway i don't know what types would be best for me if there are specifics that would fit my situation better. i'm not looking to get gigantic although i want to get pretty big. i am fit ( im a mechanic so i do a bit of lifting everyday) i eat like a hog. i've been slamming pb n j, steaks, pasta, and basically anything put in front of my face. so here's the thing i'm 6' tall about 150-160,and 25 yrs. old. basically no fat on me at all. i've been trying to gain for years and years now and i've gained maybe 25lbs in the last year. this is basically my last resort and i've been thinking bout juicing for about 5-6 yrs now and didn't know anybody that could get any. i don't work out regularily which i know i should be and i'm prepared to start a regular intense schedule if i start juicing. can some of you experienced guys please help out a guy thats desperate and new at this please.

    You should head to the diet forum and read the posts at the top, a true bulking diet can make a world of difference.

    in all seriousness i am always eating. no joke at all i get up at 5 for work... eat cereal or something, go to work eat atleast two sandwhiches before 9, then i eat a sub for lunch or a large pizza, then i eat again when i get off work at 2:30, then i eat dinner around 6 very well balanced dinner... then about 9 i eat a plate of left over and some plane pasta. i think i eat enough... i can only eat so much before i get sick.

    i swear to god i eat that much on a daily basis if not more. my girlfriend will tell you and everybody i know. my dude that juices can't believe how much i eat and how small i still am. i mean i'm in good shape and cut but nowhere near what i should and want to be. i'm being completely serious and honest. if i wasn't be i wouldn't be posting on here to get help from all u guys.

    whats your workout routine like? are you taking protein and supps. BIG is rite you can gain more by what you eat not so much how much you eat. I'd be willing to help you with a diet and workout routine if you like

    warchild i would greatly appreciate it. as far as gym lifting not that much maybe 2-3 days a week for about 20-30 min. each time. but when i'm at work i'm always lifting heavy end housing and other heavy lifting and i'll use the hoists to do pull ups and shit on in between building the motors. and i'm not taking any supplements or anything like that. i've tried the whole whey protein and shit and switched my diet around and no results.

    ok we need to get you in the gym at least 4x or 5x a week, hitting 1 body part a day for at least 45-1hr. Your diet needs major tweaking also. As far as supps go I would recommend some high cal protien shake such as cyto gainer or bsn true mass, i like strawberry the taste dosent get old, also start creatine. Ill get you a workout and diet soon. let me work on that or you could search the diet section. Im not that great with my diet either but its not to hard once you get a foundtion,

    alright man thanks a lot i'll be waiting and i'll get my gym set up here at home or get a membership here in the next few days

    your eating everything but it sounds like garbage. cereal, pizza, sandwichs. those arent muscle building foods.

    i know i don't know much about nutrition and bulking foods but that is y i am here for advice so i can get bigger and do stuff right. and if i still need to start juicing which i prob. might end up doing. and i'm gonna be joining a gym this weekend for sure... i got a 24hr. gym by me. and i really appreciate all the help from all u guys.

    bro you GOTTA get in the gym more.... as soon as your a reg for like 6 months, then if you still think you need to, look for the gear... best of luck to you bro... hope it works out for ya
