I don't know about everybody else but when I heard about injections being painful I always thought it was the physical act of injecting yourself with a needle, but that was a breeze. Instead it's the pain the day after, it's killing me. I injected in my right glute monday and my right thigh yesterday and I can hardly move. It's so freaking sore and painful. I can't walk . It hurts when I even sit down. I planned on taking this week off from working out to rest my body. But what am I supposed to do when I start lifting again. How could I ever do squats when my legs are feeling like this. Assuming my shoulder starts to hurt a lot, how can I ever bench press. I don't know how I'm going to make gains if I can't even get to the gym.
