    any advice?

i'll start off with a little personal info that might help any suggestions. first, im 18, about 5'9", roughly 175 and around 8-9% bf (calipers). i'd consider myself pretty athletic, i've been playing 2 or 3 sports a year since i was 5, started soccer when i was 4. started lifting 3 years ago.

my diet has always been pretty bad, i watch what i eat, but i never stop myself from eating whatever. some days ill eat about 5000 calories in all junk food (pizza, mcdonalds, soda, etc) and probably average 3500-4000 cal/day. i try to eat better when im at home, a typical day would be some fruit, protein bar, and coffee for breakfast, a turkey or roast beef sandwich for lunch (whole wheat bread), tuna or something sometimes, usually some kind of meat for dinner (chicken, beef, whatever) with vegetables (gotta love living at home), and some kind of snack later in the day (another sandwich or something)

i'd like to get an idea of what it would take to maybe cut down a little more fat, while still gaining/ keeping muscle. any ideas are appreciated, and if i haven't been clear on something, please let me know, and i'll try to clear it up. bad pic, but thats what you get for using a camera phone

    thanks

200, yeah i know, im just looking for any advice on what a good diet would be, keeping in mind what i listed.

kale, yeah, idk what you would guess by that pic, but the calipers come up with an 8-9 average. i can buckle down when i have to, and i wanna know what i could attain if i actually had some form of a real diet.

t-own- buy pasterized egg whites. very easy to consume. dont have to cook them and there 100% bioavailable. put them in a cooler, bring it to school and drink when thirsty.

when i was in high school haveing a diet was much easier. the teachers arent going to tell you that you cant eat. thats not there job. there job is to teach. and if they tell you, you cannot eat say you have no lunch period. if they say to bad throw your food at them.

hahaha.. well im not in school anymore, and it doesn't have to be summer to look sexy for the ladies does it? i'm not tryin to get super huge yet, i still have to play soccer in college, so my size is good enough for that. i just like the cut look. idk what you would say from that pic, but i'd still like to lose some fat. before wrestling i was 14% and even a little lighter. when i was cutting to 160 i looked better, but obviously i can't maintain that (all water weight lost)

so any serious advice and i will try my best to implement it. pretty much any foods are attainable, my mom buys it all (just outta hs, so no jokes plz) so anything reasonably priced is fine. i still have two months to implement this, so there would be enough time to reap the rewards
