    4th Cycle Critique... Thanks

    Thinking :
    Test Cyp: 500/wk 14wks
    Deca: 300/wk 12wks
    EQ: 300/wk 12wks
    Front Load 1st week at: 1000/600/600

    Let me know what you guys think about the amounts, and the length to run each of them.

    4th Cycle
    Age 29
    Weight 200
    Height 6’4”
    BF 12.5%

    I think you could get away with dropping the EQ or Deca and running either or but il let a vet chime on that one. Whats your PCT look like?

    Looks good, i love the results of the EQ deca mix, controversial maybe, but only through misunderstanding, go for it mate.

    Cycle aside, depending on your goals, I think you need to look at your diet and training. Your stats could have easily been achieved naturally and this will be your 4th cycle? Something is wrong.

    Jeez, i missed those stats, my mind is elsewhere, but def agree, something's not right in the diet training department.

    Yea, i know stats arent too good, but i started off in the 170's and I am now at 200. One of the 3 cycles didnt really count because it was stopped early. Two of the cycles would have been considered mild.

    Diet and workout will improve. I'm looking for a critique on this cycle as far as amounts and length.

    the cycle itself is good, i like running both deca and eq when bulking but if you dont eat and train properly all the steroids in the world wont make you grow.

    id drop the eq for more deca. i havent tried eq but from what i have heard and read 300mgs a week might not do anything for you. who knows though. some people love eq and others say its weak. deca on the otherhand is a sure bet for gaining mass, provided your diet and training are correct.

    I want to keep the EQ, but i might have to increase it a little.

    If you haven't tried it, how can you say drop it.
    They make a good stack, with test as the usual base.
    Give it a go next cycle, try 300-400mg of each wk depending on experience.

    maybe one day. right now though i would rather use tren or deca. or even dbol or masteron. main reason being that i know they work and work well with my body and i dont really have to waste money on a product that could possible yield little to no results at a low dose.

    Exactly mate, you only know they work well because you tried them...
