there is a qv out of china now that makes quality gear and yes, winny does look milky. if you let it sit for a while the oil and water should seperate

i would say 10% total....... just my opinion though. if it was stored out of light and at reasonable temps it should be good. as good as qv can be though. its always been shady. oh and yes milky.
