trying to lay out my plan for bulking here so i can start collecting the ingredients.......i'm thinking along these lines.
week 1-12 - Test-E 750mg / week
week 1-12 - Equipoise 600mg/week (this is my first time running EQ though so should i perhaps not run it at this dose?)
week 1-5 - Dbol 40-50mg/day
week 3-7 IGF-1 60-100 mcgs/day (protocol with this is 4 weeks on 4 off right?)
week 11-15 IFG-1 60-100 mcgs/day
week 3-7 Insulin 6-10 IU/ day? (i've not run insulin before but know some people that have had very good gains with it. Been reading up on it and i'm not quite sure how to run it yet......i know it's 4 on 4 off though just like with igf? and i also read something about using only 4 days a week?)
week 11-15 insulin 6-10 IU/ day
week 13-17 clomid 100mg/day
week 13-19 tamox 10mg/day
any and all help appreciated......this is my 4th cycle and i'm looking to pack on as much as humanly possible with it as i want to qualify for nationals next year. looking to run it from beginning of oct to the end of the year. That should give me enough time off to solidify my gains from it before cutting and also enough time off before the cutting cycle as well.
