I have recently started my 2nd ever cycle - oral only this time, very much geared to fat loss with hardness and muscle retention. My BF is around 11-12% (caliper test) and i wanna get down to 6-8%.

I have 2 questions. Firstly, prior to starting my cycle 3 weeks ago i was necking tonnes of natural supps. Arginine, Creatine, Glutamine, Protein (of course), Tribulus, ZMA, HMB and various fat loss stuff like Carnitine, Green Tea, Selenium,etc.
Now that i am necking dozens of hardcore orals daily, should i really bother with some of the other supps? Obviously the protein and creatine are winners, but on top of my milk thistle, extra potassium and taurine (for clen) and joint care stuff like fish oils and glucosamine, i have one very very rattly body. What i'm wondering is might some of the other supps be useless on top of the AAS? They didnt seem to do that much before anyway tbh. Not ever seen this question posted so i thought i'd ask it.
Secondly, since going on the Var and T3 i noticed my aerobic ability (V02 max?) reduced significantly. Part of my cardio routine is hill running 3 times a week, and the last week or so i sucked big time for no apparent reason. Had to stop and walk and my heat was pumping hard and could feel my arteries pulsing in my limbs til BPMs reduced! Is this normal? Is it the T3/Clen or what? Possibly a silly question...
