    Natural supps as well as AAS? (FIRST EVER POST!!)

    Hi guys. My first ever post on this site. Please be gentle.

    I have recently started my 2nd ever cycle - oral only this time, very much geared to fat loss with hardness and muscle retention. My BF is around 11-12% (caliper test) and i wanna get down to 6-8%.

    Winny 50mg ed
    T3 & Clen - dosage etc following Jack's sticky thread in this forum

    I have 2 questions. Firstly, prior to starting my cycle 3 weeks ago i was necking tonnes of natural supps. Arginine, Creatine, Glutamine, Protein (of course), Tribulus, ZMA, HMB and various fat loss stuff like Carnitine, Green Tea, Selenium,etc.

    Now that i am necking dozens of hardcore orals daily, should i really bother with some of the other supps? Obviously the protein and creatine are winners, but on top of my milk thistle, extra potassium and taurine (for clen) and joint care stuff like fish oils and glucosamine, i have one very very rattly body. What i'm wondering is might some of the other supps be useless on top of the AAS? They didnt seem to do that much before anyway tbh. Not ever seen this question posted so i thought i'd ask it.


    Secondly, since going on the Var and T3 i noticed my aerobic ability (V02 max?) reduced significantly. Part of my cardio routine is hill running 3 times a week, and the last week or so i sucked big time for no apparent reason. Had to stop and walk and my heat was pumping hard and could feel my arteries pulsing in my limbs til BPMs reduced! Is this normal? Is it the T3/Clen or what? Possibly a silly question...

    sounds like a shitty cycle u dont need Tribulus, ZMA, HMB if your on juice u should take that cycle and fix it and and ass BCAA pre-post workout

    you are probably winded from the clenbuterol, it reduces your ability vo2 max

    cheers guys. I think i'll ditch the trib & ZMA etc. Save on excessive pill swallowing for the moment anyway.

    Would it be good to use these nat test boosters as part of my PCT? After much reading it seems that Nova and/or Clomid would be advisable even after Winny/Var cycle.

    You don't want to skimp on pct, It wouldnt hurt adding those supplements to nolva and or clomid at the end, especially the tribulus but it is definitely not a subsitution. If you want to keep your gains get some nolvadex and run it at 10-20mgs a day.

    If your going to run the clen throughout the cycle definitely keep the taurine and potassium up daily, I skipped a day of taurine and I got a cramp in my back from it, it felt like I got stabbed in the back, very painful. Fish oil is fine to run throughout the cycle, good ***** fats.

    Keep an eye out for t3 ive never done it myself but from what ive heard it can do wonders with cutting fat but it can strip muscle too just as easily.

    most supps arent needed while on cycle just the fats and bcaas
