my personal answer is there are better and safer things to use unless your extremly gyno prone. letro can reduce estrogen levels more then you want. you want to keep your estrogen levels low but not to low or eliminated or problems can occure. in my opinion letro should only be run to eliminate gyno or before a competition when you need that extremly dry look. there are better options out there like armidex which will lower your estrogen levels but keep them high enough so you'll still gain from it
I have used letro during cycle, and it workes for me...
but I only used 0.25 - 0.5mg a day
If u want to be extra safe yes as i did but it cost me more gains i had incredible strength but did not gain as much wieght, cause u need estrogen to build muscle and a little water wieght is ok as it helps supports muscle growth.
for sure, ima just stick with the liquidex then... sounds like letro might be a lil to strong, thnx guys
i'm extremely gyno prone and essentially have to run letro every cycle.....sucks...but i'm not dead yet lol
No it's armidex....
LOL they confuse me sometimes to dude....^^
I use armidex now seems to be the border line to keep gyno away, i use .5mg/day on cycle and thats like roughfly 50% of estrogen gone and i still get abit of water wieght which is good. As where i used letro just at .5mg/day i had no water wieght where it kills upto 98% estrogen in the body and no sex drive either.
would aromasin work just as well at arimdex? Im starting to feel signs of gyno .. senisitive nipples... and i have aromasin.
How would I run that to combat the gyno..??
