    Should I Stop Cardio On First Cycle? Advice Needed!

    28 years
    180cm
    155lbs
    7% body fat
    Slim/Athletic build
    Regular exercise for 4 years.

    Hi I am 3 and a half weeks into my first cycle consisting of 2 x 250 Sust, 1 x 100 Deca and 2 x Dbol tabs daily as a kickstart. I take the sust and deca together just once a week. My diet is good, consists of good lean protein, and complex carbs in the day, but none after 6pm.

    At present ive made small gains (5 pounds), but noticed no strength gains, nor any side effects.

    Just a few questions:

    1) Would it make a huge difference if I shot Sust eod as opposed to weekly shots?

    2) Should I double up on the Deca dosage?

    3) Should I avoid doing any cardio, as Im told it hinders growth on a bulking cycle?

    4) By taking a fat burner such as Lipo 6, could this hinder growth?

    Any further advice would be much appreciated, many thanks.

    Don't take the fat burner, just do cardio 3x a week?

    1. Wouldnt make too much of a difference

    2. You should be using at least 400mg a week of deca, 100 is super low.

    3. Your 5'9 at 155lbs at 7% bodyfat, what the hell are you doing cardio for? Stay away from it for a long time.

    4. Again why are you using a fat burner? You're going to hinder your gains a lot by having any cardio and having a fat burner and at your weight I'm guessing that you're eating almost nothing as it is. You should be eating so much food you want to puke every meal.

    Sust taken 2X a week (Mon & Thurs) would be your best bet. Deca once a week. You don't need the fat burner during a cycle, but it probably wouldn't make much of a difference either way. Cardio is fine, and may be a good way to go if you're eating as much as you should be during a cycle. Getting a little fat is common, so the cardio may keep some of that off.

    I am actually 5'11 not fat, but want to firm up around the midsection, therefore should i continue with cardio on the cycle or cut it completly?

    1) Also as its my first cycle should i up the dosage of deca to 200 mls a week instead or is that still too low?

    2) When am I likely to notice strength gains from Sust?

    Depends on what your goal is? Do you want to gain a lot of muscle on this cycle or get lean? You do one or the other.

    1. 200mg of deca is still pretty low but definitely better.

    2. Should notice strength by next week if you've been on for 3 weeks and your training is good.

    My goal is to gain muscle mass.....Also havent had any side effects yet nor have a noticed any shrinking, is that normal?

    So should i stop cardio whilst on this cycle or just limit it? Advise appreciated!

    I never do cardio while on bulking cycle. you BF is pretty low. gain the most you can and after cycle start the cardio and change diet. thats after PCT and everything is nomal again

    im half way through a 10 week sust cycle and i was doing it 2x a week, i switched over to eod and im noticing a bit more of that good swell. dont know if its from the first 5 weeks or what ever, but they say doing eod will keep your blood levels more constant... so if you can deal with it, go eod.... AND STAY AWAY FROM CARDIO!!!!!!!!! eat lean meat like a pig, you seem to be an ectomorph so eat away you lucky bastard

    Wait i'm sorry bro... you're 5'11 155... your objective is to gain muscle mass... you only put on 5lbs after 3 wks of aas(including dbol)

    Please correct me guys if im wrong but from the facts gathered... FOOD i believe is the issue at hand...

    sounds that way..
    isn't it best to shot sust much more often than weekly? and that deca is really low.
    2 d bol tabs = how much? 10mg, 20, what?

    Im on 2 x 250 Sus and 1 x 100 Deca each week. I also take 2 x 10mg d bols tablets daily. Here is also my diet for today:

    Heres today’s diet:

    Morning
    - Oats with skim milk, flax seed, high fibre, ground flax, 20grams protein powder
    - Wholemeal toast with peanut butter/little jam.
    - Green tea.

    Mid Morn
    – Oats, as before.

    Lunch
    – Lightly BBQ grilled chicken fillet, with spinach leaves, low fat cottage cheese, small portion whole wheat penne pasta.

    Prior gym
    – 5 egg whites.

    Post gym
    – Protein shake (Isopure)

    Post gym meal
    – BBQ chicken fillet, spinach leaves, small portion whole wheat pasta.

    Dinner
    – Steamed salmon fillet, with light Dijon mustard and spinach leaves.

    Handful of unsalted almonds and cashews.

    Prior bed:
    - Casein protein shake with 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil and skim milk.
    - 5 egg whites

    Water: 3.5 litres.

    I dont claim my diet to be perfect, but I know its good, so the problem doesngt lie here. Therefore should i make sure i do the Sus EOD and increase the Deca, despite it being my first cycle?

    how many cals are you consuming daily? weekly? that should dictate your gains more so tha the juice... here is a good read for you...

    Put up macros cal/pro/carbs/fat. i do sust mon, wed and fri. also up the deca to atleast 400mgs. 100mgs is pointless
