    Why so long?

    I'm on Test 450 which has prop, cyp, deca 1 more but not E. I was told that it takes like 3-4 weeks to kick in. I do 225mgs every 3 1/2 days. I just started like 3 weeks ago but was doing every 450mg's every 5 days and then went down to the 225mg's every 3 1/2 days. Can someone tell me why it takes so long for it to kick in?

    because the majority of the test are long esterd. your blood levels dont peak untill around week 4. now you say that this has deca in it??? whats the ratio??

    Here is what is in it.

    32mg's of test acetate

    147mg's of test decanoate

    73mg's test propionate

    73mg's test phenylpropionate

    125mg's test ciponate

    What do you mean about blood levels peaking? Also what about Tren A? I take 100mg's of Tren A eod.

    the tren will kick in within a day but the enth takes longer to build up in the blood which is why you were told people uaually do not start feeling it until week 3 or 4.

    Diet is alot better than it was. Use to drink beer, fast food and tv dinners ect...lol.

    Today
    1st meal-plain cereal and oats

    2nd meal-turkey sandwich on wheat w/protein bar and dark green salad

    3rd meal-chiken paramsean very small, strawberry yogurt and 46mg's protein shake w/milk

    4th meal-chicken breast, corn, green beans, brown rice and wheat bread

    5th meal-chicken breast, corn, green beans and power bar and 46mg's protein shake

    Not a great diet and I need to get on one.

    you need protein with every meal. i shoot for 2g per lb of bw, if bulking also shoot for 6000 calories a day

    First meal should be Whey and oats. IMO...

    eggs and oats in the morning is a good choice

    Actually ya usally every morning I have eggs but not yesterday. Now I no sugar is bad, but if I wanted to add just a bit of brown sugar every now and then. Is it going to hurt?

    I don't think sugar hurts as long as you only us a small amount.
