    New and need a little help

    Hi all

    Im 27 male 5'4 and weigh 138 pounds.
    I used to workout a few years ago and got fairly ripped but never gained mass muscle, to be fair diet was never that solid and used to drink quite a bit so cant complain.
    Anyway back in training now and have stopped drinking to focus on bodybuilding, and am taken it very seriously, building myself a strict diet eating several meals a day (5000kcal). Been doing this for a few months and have gained some muscle but not as much i was hoping for, bodys lookin more toned and in shape but i really want to put on some serious mass. I've tried a couple of supplements (freak fix, and muscle milk) and am thinking of trying a good creatine such as san v12 fuel injection.

    I've done some research on steroids and really want to take them in order to pack on some mass, i do put the hours into training and think this would really help me.

    Im not willing to inject so therefore would like to buy some in pill form. Please can people give there opinions on what would be a good starting pill to gain serious strenght and pack on serious mass, also any other good supplements and tips would all be welcome

    You're not willing to inject? Are you scared? You are limiting yourself very much by not being willing to inject, you are not going to "gain serious strenth and pack on serious mass" with pills. You know there are other sports out there like ballet, maybe you should stick to that...Nitro

    i cant stand needles and plus a friend of mine was using before and ended up in hospital seriously ill.
    I know to pack serious mass it would be much better to inject but i am not willing to do so.
    Do you know what the best pill form steroid to take cos its gotta be better than nothing.

    no injection= not ready to take AAS, try umm luekic , that will keep ur body anabolic ..acually anything from muscletech will keep ur body in an anabolic state, u ever jay cutler? he uses all m.t products and look at him!

    hey mate,

    ignore peoples replys, some of them just dont know how to respect people, anyways training alone is not enough, for serious gains try eat well, regular 8-10 meals aday, im going on a cycle soon aswell, were in pretty the same boat.

    if this is your first cycle, go for something weak, its known as a beginner cycle.
    im trying this

    Cycle- d-bol with winny for 6 weeks, and 3 weeks pct,
    Liver protection- ala, milk thistle, liver 52, and multivitamins,
    Pct- clomid,
    During cycle- nolvadex, proviron, or aromasin, kidney pills, and cholesterol pills,

    read up on d-bol. i think you should start on something with minimal damage and side effects, its always best to start with orals, your a beginner remember.

    keep the course short 6 weeks tops, take all the protection and dont take more then the recommended dose.

    Bulldog i am small framed and have only just started training and do know how to eat, researched into this and am eating about 8 good meals a day, im still small cos its very early days, what pill form would u suggest for someone of my size and as a first cylce. ty.

    Any more suggestions gor a first cycle please people

    Get a good diet and workout plan together first. I just urge you to examine your diet against the info in the diet forum before you run off half-cocked. 5000kcal daily? That's a ton given your stats. Is that food or shakes? If your going to put all of your money and effort towards this ideal of mega mass make sure you do it up right. Just for the record: I don't agree with muhammad. I doubt many would/will.

    halfpint, pills sucks unless used with injectables.... i was just like u my 1st cycle, i did dbols only for 4 weeks...and omg i swelled to 20 lbs...and guess what ..after the second day i stopped taking them, i lost 20lbs...and for a month and half, couldnt get a hard-on unless i was popping cialis like skittles, if u want that take dbols, then go ahead, but its pointless, i gained more mass though eating steak , chicken and eggs everyday when i off and guess what? that diet didnt allow me to not lose my mass and i could still pop boners!

    ignore muhammed, unless you wanna get sick.

    as for your friend who was injecting and got ill. there are MANY factors that can cause that....

    improper injection methods (cleaning, sterilization, reusing needles, etc)

    crappy gear (clean/reliable source?)

    too high dose teamed with poor diet and poor sleep habits or mixed with alcohol...

    so many variables.

    if you do ONE oral, you will need something with it. like, taking just winstrol alone or dbol is a bad bad bad idea.

    injecting is the best days of the week for me. i look forward to it. you just need to know proper methods, safe areas, how to landmark if you're going to do the glutes.

    injections are safe - if you take the time to learn and keep yourself protected.

    if you are not willing to do an injection, don't consider orals either. they wont do anything for you.

    and, in the same token - it doesn't seem like you've been training that long.

    post up your days of the week, what you work on per day, routines, etc. post up everything you do day by day.

    i bet you that your days are either scattered (doing 2 bicep, 2 chest, 2 tricep in one day for example), or your diet really blows. if you have a fast metabolism...then you really gotta tweak it in and find what works for you. no drug will make up for shit training/diet.

    that right there - and sorry if i sound harsh - says that you shouldn't consider doing any drugs.

    only just started training? not good.....

    learn proper form, slow controlled movements (dont just toss weight just to do high weight numbers), get your days structured, eat, and ride it out.

    ANYTHING WORTH WHILE TAKES TIME.

    ernst, is there any diet and workout plans online or any you can suggest to help my knowledge. i do eat plenty of chicken egg whites tuna and carbs with plenty of fresh fruit and veg. any must have books or supplements. thanks fella

    Bulldog, Think i might give them a swerve on that advice, i am willing to put in hard work on both trainin and my diet. Is there anything that will help. Is creatine worth a go or any other supplement you can advise. thanks

    ok guys as i am a beginner i am eating good foods and lots of meals, but do need to put together a proper food plan and workout plan as its only just coming together but im just being a little impatient to get bigger mass.
    So please cann people advise me on the best sites, books etc to help me put my diet and workout plans together. (i do have a couple of books)
    Can anyone post there plans?

    Also any decent supplements outthere?

    try out a mass diet like this:

    1. 4 Egg Whites 4 Eggs, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 20g fat

    2. Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    3. Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat

    4. 2 Cans of Tuna with goya on WWB

    60g protein / 50g carbs / 6g Fat

    5. PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    6. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

    7. Steak with veggies

    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

    8. Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
