taking l-dex need some help here

i will be taking l-dex @ .25mg per day.. I cant seem to figure out how much is comming out of the pump since its not labeled on the glass part of the pump.. So if i use a syringe in ML form how much would i need for .25mg?

its probally right under my nose.. Any good places to order a better pump here on the forums?

could i use the same types of syringes that i shoot with?

any help is much apperciated..

10 pumps usually equal 1mg but buy a baby syringe and play it safe. it says on the bottle that either 1ml=1 or 2mg so just go from there since 1ml=1cc

I have l-dex 30- 1mg/ml so to get to .25mg how many notches up would i need if using a 3ml syringe.. how many notches on the actual syringe equals .25mg??
