Hey... I am 21, 6.0", 81kg and been training for 3 years about 5-6 times per week. I am looking to do my first cycle to bulk myself up to about 88-90kg so I can cut back to around 86kg. I work as a Personal Trainer and I have got my diet and training in order. At the moment this is the cycle I am looking to go on....
Testosterone Cypionate: 200mg p/w 12 weeks
Deca: 200mg p/w 12 weeks
Dianabol: 20mg p/d first 4 weeks
I am not sure what PCT I should be looking at with this or whether the dosages are enough (slightly smaller than what is recommended for a beginner?)
