If you can keep water retention down along with a solid clean diet run the test deca and throw in Winny towards the end if you so desire. Winny really will dry your joints which may be a burden for the season(althought the deca may counteract that).
As far as gains slowing down, most people usually end a cycle when gains begin to slow which is different for everyone. Keep your diet up tho as when you grow you need to keep increasing your caloric intake to keep growing.
