    back for some more - summer cycle advice

    Its been along time since I've been on here and a long time since I've done any AAS - probably about 2 years or more.
    I've been training for about 6 years or so now (currently 25) and I've previously done 2 cycles of d-bol and test enth with proper PCT and rest time. My last cycle was over 2 years ago where I reached my strongest and heaviest body weight (circa 200lb at 5'10''). Since then I've been training to lose weight and body fat for a more athletic look. I've lost some mass and strength but more importantly a fair bit of body fat. I'm now around the 175lb mark but look much better for it. Although my diet isn't perfectly tunned, its very regular and as clean as a whistle and obviously, based around my training.
    I'm wanting to run a short and steady cycle to help nudge me towards more lean mass, shape, definition and a harder look.
    What would you guys suggest in general? I would like to run prop and winny with clen as part of PCT but I'd prefer to stay away from eod shots if possible. I only want to run a short cycle of 4 to 6 weeks plus PCT (unless this would be useless).
    My questions are:-
    If I was to use a sus, would the winny help prevent water retention?
    Whats a regular dose of oral winny? my source has told me 30mg ed but from what I remember, this sounds a little low?
    Would test enth be any good in such a short cycle if I was to front load? (say, 500mg the first day then 250mg every 3.5 days after).
    Is prop the only way to go along with the winny for 4 weeks?
    I know Prop would be the most sensible choice, its just it will cost me alot more and I'd have to poke eod. To be honest, I might just go with prop and winny.

    no it wont only diet and something like armidex will do that

    50mg ed is a good dose

    Thanks for the reply mate. I've tried to get hold of var before with no luck. I'm starting to take to the idea of simply going with prop rather than messing around. I think I'll just go with 100mg of prop eod, 50mg of winny ed and then nolva, clomid and clen for PCT. I think that should probably give me what I'm after. So what about running prop and winny for 4 weeks? would I greatly benifit from running 6 weeks instead because I'd prefer the shorter cycle time.
