I've done 2 cycles of test and deca in the past. I now have a hard spot around my nipples. Is there a way to get rid of this or to keep it from getting worse in the future? Going to the doctor is an option, but just curious if theres something i could take to get rid of it or to keep it from getting worse in my future cycles. My nipples were real sensitive while on.

My last cycle was about 3 months ago. Im planning another soon. Its not the eriola (not sure how to spell it) Its an actual lump under my nipple. My girlfriends says that its exactly whatit feels like when a girl is starting to develope breasts. I was curious how to get rid of it if possible or how to prevent it from gettin bigger with my next cycle.
