Hey guys, these are some pics of me takin the other day, ones with me trying to suck in my gut the other is just me lettin it hang.... i know it aint ripped or nothing, but im going on vacation in a month and wanted to get rid of that spare tire i have going on...i dont expect a 6 pack....but I would appreciate some advice on what exercises to do... I have a good diet and i am doin cardio 20-30 mins a day....thanks guys1
