Back after quitting for almost 2 years lost alot of my shape , now am on a diet ( to the next 2 months ) and doing some research’s before cycling again ( planning to recycle next month )
Am 33 years old about 110 kg 6 feet tall don’t know my bf percentage yet
Had 4 cycles before 2 of them was so complicated ( but they was awesome )
Last cycle was :
1-12 test E 750mg/week
1-04 Test P 100mg/ed
1-10 Tri-Tren 450mg/week
1-12 Eq 600mg/week
10-14 Test-P 100/ed
Planning to stack almost same cycle with these changes to achieve my goals wish is losing fat while gaining stable and capable muscles with minimum water retention
1-14 Test – Omnadren 250mg / eod
1-10 Tri-tren 600mg/week
1-12 Eq 600mg/week
do u guys think its ok to be back with kinda high doses ?
i also would like to know how should my PCT look like ?
glutamine , hmb , aminos , creatine , protein shake , B6 , zinc = in hand and weight lose supplements’
