    Newbie to it all!!

So i have been working out about 2 months now doing HIT with my good friend who is a certified trainer, and i have seen small but noticable differences. I worked out about a year ago for 3 months by myself and gained about 8lbs, (off weight, not muscle) and my trainer recommends that i should do a cycle down the road, about 6 months from now.

My trainer said he has done 2 or 3 cycles, he is about 5'10" 185 and has good body proportion, and is about 8%body fat. i would ultimately like to end up with proportions similar to his

I dont object to it, as im trying to gain weight. im 6'1" and 175ish and would like to be closer to 195, my diet is decent but could be better, i have a fast metabolism, i eat and eat 4-5 meals a day and have always been slim. i would just like to get some feedback on the HIT program, i havent done any cardio yet cuz i really dont want to burn off anything, and dieting

    How old are you?

Do believe you have maximized your gains naturally to warrant steroid use? Or you looking for a quick fix to solve all your problems?

I was just about your age when I hit the gym again. I had gotten in the club scene for a few years and dropped to like 170lbs from all the drugs. I worked out a solid two years and ended up at 203lbs(ish) at around 9-11% bf(5'10" btw). I took nothing and ate lots of food. You are taller and prolly a slender build which may make it harder. Point is though, I think you can grow still naturally. You just have to want to do it. you have to have patience as well. I know it can be hard. I had many temptations when I was your age and had suppliers. I just kept going forward and looked the other way.

When you can say to yourself, "Ive done all I can" honestly. Then aas can be considered. AAS is serious stuff. you can mess your body up for life. It isnt like taking aspirin and everything is ok. Anyways, Im rambling Just my 2cents...

you just answered you own question bro... And no 8 months is not long enough, wait at least 6 more months, check your diet HARDCORE! how many cals are you getting each day? and protein intake? workouts? supplements? have you done all this?

Till then, AAS is not the answer for you just yet...

Bro I really can't say "don't do it" because of your training experience., because I dove into the dark side with not a lot of training in terms of time, the only difference is I was in my 40's when I started and you are relatively still young and can accomplish alot natty if you set your mind to it.
