I'm getting ready for my first cycle which will consist of:
1-12 Test E 500mg/week
Nolva 40/40/20/20
I'm wondering how are the strength gains on a test only cycle? Would it be advisable to add 30mg of Dbol weeks 1-4? My goal is to gain about 20lbs and improve my strength.
I've been training for 3 years. Here are my stats:
6'4" 255lb
Bf: 15%
