Okay so I'm attempting another HGH cycle..my first one was interrupted after 2 kits.
I am doing 5iu when I wake up, around 6am and another 5 iu around 9am. I eat at 6:30, 9:30 and 12:30.
My question is, can I keep the brown rice or oats in my 9:30 and 12:30 meals? One of my reasons for taknig HGH is fat loss, so I want to maximize that effect.
