Just a quick note to say hello. Live nr Reading in the UK (anyone here train Powerline or D. Lloyds ??), been training seriously for a year but have always lifted weight through sport and so forth. Currently 6'2 and around 242lbs with not too much fat although probably need to shift a stone to see my abs again. Looking to get big once more and confirm I can still hack it in my 30's.
Creatined and proteined up at the moment and looking to bulk over winter and then start losing some belly round March time.
