Okay. Sooo...
I used to be a skinny as runt my entire life.
Age 19 I get beat up by me younger brother who's been lifting weights for a coupla years and decide enough is enough. This is what I looked like then. Thinkin' I'm all jacked.. Christ sakes.

I'm at probably 155lbs, 6 feet tall.
Fast forward 1 year.
I'm at 185 lbs, 6'1" tall.
Was on creatine, protein and glutomine for about 4 months of the year.

Fast forward another 6 months.
I was back in school and started do to a lotta drinking. Probably 4 times a week. Training wasn't nearly as intense.

That's a year and half of training. No change in diet. 4 months use of supliments. I gained something like 20 plus lbs across my body but still realized I had weakness's. I started training really hard after that picture, put on about 5 more lbs of muscle, and had less fat.
Thennnnnn.... I started boozing daily, didn't hit the gym. etc. My stomach then failed completely, and I dropped to 179 lbs. Had to go on a baby food diet. So I've started hitting the gym 6 days a week, my diet has improved 20 fold, I'm back on protein, a quickgainer, and a creatine.
I would like to break the 190 mark before Thanks Giving (Canadian one).
And that's that. I don't have any pics of me currently but will see what I can pull up.
I don't know enough about gear or think my body needs it yet, but I'd like to a cycle or two after Christmas to help break my ultimate goal of 200 lbs.
