    Life Story. With pics. Oh yeah. Ay bay bay.

    Okay. Sooo...
    I used to be a skinny as runt my entire life.
    Age 19 I get beat up by me younger brother who's been lifting weights for a coupla years and decide enough is enough. This is what I looked like then. Thinkin' I'm all jacked.. Christ sakes.

    I'm at probably 155lbs, 6 feet tall.

    Fast forward 1 year.
    I'm at 185 lbs, 6'1" tall.
    Was on creatine, protein and glutomine for about 4 months of the year.

    Fast forward another 6 months.
    I was back in school and started do to a lotta drinking. Probably 4 times a week. Training wasn't nearly as intense.

    That's a year and half of training. No change in diet. 4 months use of supliments. I gained something like 20 plus lbs across my body but still realized I had weakness's. I started training really hard after that picture, put on about 5 more lbs of muscle, and had less fat.

    Thennnnnn.... I started boozing daily, didn't hit the gym. etc. My stomach then failed completely, and I dropped to 179 lbs. Had to go on a baby food diet. So I've started hitting the gym 6 days a week, my diet has improved 20 fold, I'm back on protein, a quickgainer, and a creatine.

    I would like to break the 190 mark before Thanks Giving (Canadian one).

    And that's that. I don't have any pics of me currently but will see what I can pull up.

    I don't know enough about gear or think my body needs it yet, but I'd like to a cycle or two after Christmas to help break my ultimate goal of 200 lbs.

    your body will not be ready for steroids in 5-6 months. you had great gains. but why do u drink 4 times a week? drink on a saturday or somthing. and dont go all out. if you cant do that then dont think about it.

    damn man if you had started a cycle around the time of that sencond pic you would have had 1 HELL of a base....you need 2 get that S*** back ! get in the gym and put the bottle down bro !

    he never had a good base imo. it was a great picture. he had very low bodyfat and as we can all see doesnt no how to eat. he stayed the same bf through the whole time. sure he knows how to eat clean, he cooks the food first and doesnt drop it. we all eat clean. now healthy and bodybuilding food i think not. dont get me wrong, i can sure tell he worked hard because you can see the difference. and for that he deffinetly deserves credit. if he built that amount of muscle in a year and a half with a bad diet. he could do great things for himself if he went to the nark and nova thread to help him get shit straight..

    Yeah, didn't really know what I was doing for at least the first year of lifting weights. And I just started crunches last week after spending a couple months at the bottom of the bottle. Thats why the abs are so frail lookin'.

    Low body fat has never been a problem, and I appreciate the criticism. If you could point me to this Nark and Nova thread? Forgive, I'm really new to this forum.

    At my largest floating just a hair under 190 before I started boozin' again I had bi peaks that I sorely miss and a lot firmer build. As for the reason for the booze? You're guess is as good as mine. Docs said I was lucky to be alive. So I'm just glad to be back at it. I am stone sober for the next 3 months minimum to give my stomach time to recover. So boozing is done for a while... think I learned my lesson. I'm aware that boozing on juice is waste of time and effort. I don't know nearly enough about gear to think about it anytime soon. The fact that I thought I was ready for it in 6 months is apparantly evidence of this. lol. Thats why I'm here.

    But you recomment a different diet than simply eating clean and using quick gainer supliments?

    In the second pic where you're at 185lbs you looked awesome, decent size, solid, thick, and ripped. Steroids are not the answer to looking as good as you did back then.

    Ever heard of muscle memory? If not, research it, and you will see that with solid training and a solid diet (see the stickies in the diet forum), you will look as good as you did (if not better) in the second pic in less time than you thought was possible.
