ive figured out my bmr to be at 4400 cals and i wanna break that down into a 55/30/15 ratio of pro carb fats. should i up it to 5000 for the bulk on cycle and add 200 cals a day everyweek? fats will be from flax and carbs from rice and wheat bread, oatsand protein from chicken and steak with tuna also, any suggestion or help would be great
