i just finished a 10 week cycle of test. it is definately still in my system at this point. i just bought a 10ml bottle of winstrol because i want to cut up.
right now my workout plan is, basic body workouts in the morning and cardio workouts in the evening. i do a different body part each day. my workouts consist of doing as much weight as i can comfortably for 10 reps three sets, and i do 4 different excercises per body part. as for the cardio, its a mixture of jump rope, at least a mile on the tread mill, cycling and abb workouts. my diet is average, but is slowly improving.
my main goals are to get some size and definition on my upper body, mainly my chest. my abs are doing well, but they can always do better. arms are looking nice, but will look a lot nicer after a little more size and a lot more definition.
suggestions?
