    Developing a Plan

    i just finished a 10 week cycle of test. it is definately still in my system at this point. i just bought a 10ml bottle of winstrol because i want to cut up.

    right now my workout plan is, basic body workouts in the morning and cardio workouts in the evening. i do a different body part each day. my workouts consist of doing as much weight as i can comfortably for 10 reps three sets, and i do 4 different excercises per body part. as for the cardio, its a mixture of jump rope, at least a mile on the tread mill, cycling and abb workouts. my diet is average, but is slowly improving.

    my main goals are to get some size and definition on my upper body, mainly my chest. my abs are doing well, but they can always do better. arms are looking nice, but will look a lot nicer after a little more size and a lot more definition.

    suggestions?

    Slow down just a bit, you ran 10 weeks of test, now you're going to run 10ml of winny only? What about pct?

    height?
    weight?
    body fat%?
    years training?

    i have spent all the money i wanna spend on roids. this cycle of win is gonna be it for me so i wanna get max results.

    age? 24
    height? 6'2
    weight? 190
    body fat%? couldnt tell ya, but its not a lot haha... when i am sitting down there are no fat lines or anything like that.
    years training? i have been fairly steady in the gym for about 3 months now, but i have been working out on and off for about 6 years. i have had lots of training so i know how to workout and good workouts.

    What your saying will work given you do PCT or start the winny before the test leaves your system. PCT is a must after the winny. Please listen to Big concerning post cycle therapy.

    Try carb cycling for maximum fat loss and keep your reps around 8-10. Twelve sets per major body part is a good choice IMO..

    monday - back/shoulders
    tuesday - chest
    wednesday - arms
    thurs - legs
    and repeat after that... those are all morning workouts. the cardio is at night.

    #1 problem is that you havent been consistant. None of this advise is worth a hoot if you arent consistant with training, solid diet and rest. After this little cycle get proper PCT and forget drugs till you are consistant.

    Brian, I have never done steroids and probably never will, but I know enough about them to know that you seem to be doing things backwards. You need to have both your diet AND your workout completely sorted before even considering steroids, just like the other posts in this thread have said. And as far as PCT is concerned, PCT is not a choice, it's an absolute necessity. Notice how BIG stopped posting when you said that you 'might buy it'? I could just see him rolling his eyes and throwing his head back in disgust.
