I have lost some weighs from 227 to 209 Ibs and I'm mad like hell.
I guess because I have been working, traveling all the time, eating junk food.
my problem though is a bit ironic, my strength is way up, and I'm afraid if I continue to workout at this level of strength, I might lose more weight instead of gaining.
What do u think I should do? stop working-out till my diet is in check or continue to workout?
