I've been hearing a lot lately that creatine sometimes should be used in a PCT. I am not a fan of the stuff at all, have not used it in over a year. Does creatine actually help you maintain your gains or is it one of those mental situations where people claim that because they like the supplement? I am about to come off my second cycle in a few weeks, 500 mg of test for 10 weeks, Primo kick start weeks 1-6. PCT will consist of Nolva 40/40/20/20. Going to run Clen for 6 weeks to drop the bloat, and also burn fat. All opinions appreciated.
