Ok so im on cycle at the mo and my traps seem to be developing a lot quicker then my shoulders and its making me look not as wide any more.
I have always had lagging shoulders athe begining and i had to work them hard for ages before they came through, now they are not lagging but i wish to get them brauder to catch up with my traps.
My shoulder workout is as follows
Cable Rear lateral raises 8x3
Dumbell Shoulder Press 8x3
Side Lateral Raises 8x3
Upright row 8x3
dumbell shrugs 8x3 with super sets with barbell
at the moment i work them on a day with my triceps and im thinking that i should do some side lateral raises or upright row on chest day? so i hit them twice a week?
