    Motivation

Hi all.. Just some motive talk. (I need some these day)

My motivation is killed when i'm not 100% sure that I'm about to do the best program/diet/all..

This is killing me.. I know it's absurd but Its been 5 days i'm not working out just to find out what workout I should take. I hate it..

But I know that when I'm ready for it, I do it and I do it damn good. Then I get BIG and FAST result.....

I need help for that.. I also wonder if my curent medication is not draining my motivation off. I hate it. Please help me
    (med is 80mg Prozac E/D)

I think problem is more obsessional than motivation... I should stop on a fv** program and do it...

    23 yrs old
165lbs now... was 187lbs at 8%BF last year at this time. Just stoped training intensively because of lack of money $$..
Diet: I know this suck but I have no specific diet, i'm just naturally not eating any junk, only rich and nutrient meals 4-6 times a days. Sometimes less (i need to focus on that)

Have you guys browsed the bodybuilding.com Workout database ? What do you think of the workout offered there ?
Here's the setting I choose to get list of interesting workout for me. (goal: mass gain):

Workout Days Per Week: 5 or more
Main Goal Of Workout Program: Build Muscle/Tone
    Type Of Workout Program: Split

    You'll get 69 Workouts Found.

Which one you prefer and would go for ?

Thanks all for supporting me in these low-mood days

Mate... I'm sure we've all been depressed.

I get so depressed sometimes that I'm confined to my bed for days... Not eating, not bathing.

Still... even I, who can empathize, would not be willing to browse tru 69 different work outs.

Go back to doing what you did last year when you were @8% bodyfat.

    Doesn't have to be complicated.

    The hardest part is starting.

..And that's exactly what you need to do.
