Hit a vein

I hit a vein for the first time today i changed the pin but there was a few balls of blood in the oil i dident want the blood to clot so i quickly went again.
dous it mater that i ingected blood?

a little bit wont matter but i wouldnt shoot 3cc's into my muscle. were you in a vein or did you go thru a vein? what size needle were you using?

it was in my delt with a 1inch, sorry dont remember what gage. it was wered though cos iv read that u nomaly get a large trical of blood if u hit a vein but there was not a substantual amount of blood? then i hit just next to it about half a cm and it was fine.

you dont always get a large flow of blood when you hit a vein bro. so you had the needle in place, pulled back and noticed blood in the syringe? i have went thru veins before but after hundreds if not thousands of injections i have only pulled back once to find blood. i must be lucky because i see it happen to people all the time here

yea well i was wating for the "bubbles" then saw a line of blood in the botom of the plunger. i did freek and considerd chucking it but cant aford that. i was shaking like hell the second time and got disy.

I know what you're saying bro, but i had an experience that totally fuokced me up. I went through a vein apparently, injected, and upon withdraw when the pin came out, a shot of blood went 3 feet and hit my bathroom wall. This was in 1997 and completely freaked me out. I think it was when i was using 18 gauge.
I've only hit one nerve since, and that was 3 weeks ago. Not a bad ratio.

I hit a vien in my delt 4 months ago. I didnt see any blood when i injected. i started to withdraw the needle a GIANT spurt of blood flew against my wall. My whole arm was covered in dripping blood.

funny and sick thing is i kinda got off on it.


I think out of the 500+ shots over the years i only had 3 spurts shoot out.

i guess im lucky as well cause i dont exp. all of these crazy situations you all have. lol but im sure i havent been shooting nearly as long as yall. i only shoot in thigh and glutes though so i found the "sweet spot" in both places

i went through a vein today, shit sucks ass... no biggy though, u live and u learn... make a mental mark of problem areas

this happened to me a couple of weeks ago, when i pulled the pin out. the blood flow didnt bother me, i only freaked because i thought my gear was coming out in the blood!!! that would suck.( but i was told it wasnt, i believe i had just nicked a vein)
