    Smile sus start out

    ok ur a star now to see what i can best use for max affects so im getting back into the fitness life properly and need some tips and hints for everyone ive just ordered some sust karachi so should get it in 10 days or so is there any thing else i need so give me good defined muscle growth chrs all kev!?!

    i see you are new so welcome and just a heads up never ask where to get stuff or tell where you got it or name the brand/lab of your gear, you will get in trouble/banned

    Talking begining

    ok ill start by telling everyone alittle bit about me so i can give u a picture of how i am and what i wont im =
    29 ,14 stone ,5 12 in height ,male im looking for about 16 stone but cutt with hardly any fat and just really wont to bulk up the muscle i have so u can see it better with a better rounded shape now can sust karachi do that or am i going to need a mixtur of gear like say deca and sust any tips will be appreciated i train cardio at home 3-4 times a week for about an hour a time ie,pushups sittups ,and go to the gym 2-3 times a week would be more but work gets in the way so like i said all would appreciate any info on best gear to us but just to note when i used it last time i did it for about 2 half months and had no side affects at all just that i grow dramaticly and kept it it was great dont mean to go on chrs kev

    woops ok sry and dieting i never eat crap always salads chicken,paster very detailed in what i eat meaning i dont eat alot of bad foods !

    2-3 times a week really isnt going to cut it. 2-3 times a week on gear still probably wont make you grow as much as a good 5 days a week and proper diet

    you are 5'12"? 6 foot?

    you are not going to gain 2 stone (28 pounds) solid muscle on ANY cycle especially working out like that

    what is your body fat and what sort of things do you eat- how many meals per day

    mmmmmmmmm ok to be truefull i do look at the calories on the packet and try judging what my intake is which is average about 2300 and i eat about 4 times a day m8 and i eat most meals with min fat intake but its not exact do i have to gym it 5 times a day and cardio as well to c better affects i thought to much training can make u lose to much weight and ur not giving ur muscle enough rest?

    that is not enough for someone your weight you are on the right track but you need much more food 3500-4500 minimum across 6 meals and a post workout shake

    there are millions of workout splits but as long as you let one group rest its fine for example

    monday-chest
    tuesday-legs
    wednesday-back
    thursday-shoulders
    friday-arms

    each part has a week rest you see

    oh i see but 3500-4000 calories fck me m8 thats like a whole cow a day aint it lolol i see what u mean though so five times a day then each group each day now is there any food or drink to avoid as like i say i havent got that much fat like for instance im still a 32 waist so ive got like what they call the bottle affect and ive got the big pots of super whey protien shake but i seemed to get alot of wind when i drank it lol any tips bud or is that just a normal thing and is 3 a day to many with 2 scoops in each drink with fruit like banana!

    im 6'4, i have a hard time eating 4000 calories cuz my diet is sooo clean. u dont get much caloric intake out of lean meat and veggies all day.... but im cutting great.. btw im on a sust cycle about 7 weeks in and iv seen amazing results.. but im gonna have to agree with this guy and have you change your workout routine for starts

    the most shake i believe in is one after work out and one before bed. i personally believe much more in natural foods

    five times a day each group each day? no i meand monday work only work your chest for an hour or two. tuesday only work your legs for an hour or two, once all day. get it?

    check out the diet forum on this board it has great bulking advice more than i can type and its already up there for you

    see this guy here wants to bulk hes not trying to cut right now. good point about calories for cutting though

    ok nice ill sort it out see how i go another q was how long do u do s@S for as its all legal for me as im in uk so everything for me is easyer ie sent etc etc so how much and how frequent would u recommend my m8 s chrs really appreciate all the new info kev!

    sus sucks why are you so set on it? someone else said it was good?
    sustanon really should be injected every day- every other day injections are somewhat acceptable but shaky, at best

    if you get testosterone enanthate or testosterone cypionate then 2x a week

    mmmmmm heard test propis good by most but sust 250 gave great results but i just wont a safe amount to bulk up with do i use anythi9ng with test prop cause reading the result say i need novral or somthing like that any ideas all im now change my training to each differant body part daily and abs every other ive changed my diet to more lean meats and more seafoodso soon i need to start
    just heard that sus karachi is sht and is full of rat crap is this true ?? so any one best stuff for how long and how much of it thank u please lolol

    well looks like you got this all taken care of one8nine

    as far as colorie iwhen i was bulking i would get a otn more through drinking milk skim 80cal per serving 16 per gal i would drink a little more then half a day there was an extra 800 cals or more depending how much you drink

    ok so how much twice a week and for how long im guessing 12 week test prop 250 2 x week and norvarol for how long after at what dosage and is that the same 2 x week?? thx again all kev ill post some pic up soon let me know what u think of weight or best for my sort of build!!
