clen and benadryl....

i posted this on another section but was told to try here.

will anything happen if i take benadryl while im on my first stages of clen ? i don't want to throw it off or anything by takeing it early, im on my 4th day.

my problem is sleeping at night, and i take clen at 7:30 AM

I wouldn't think so. Its like your cleaning your receptors a lil every night. It might actually help be effective longer.

i've heard only every so often. like if you use it every day it might lose effectiveness
