Hi all, i wanted to list all the measures I am taking to get lean and want to know if im being to aggresive to start. First off Im 33years old, was 194lbs when I started this process, oh and im 5'11''. I decided to get super lean a few weeks ago and started the P90X challenge. I am on day 3 of the Atkins diet and going through intense sugar withdrawls. I am also doing a 7 day total body cleanse which includes liver, kidney, and colon cleansing supplements. I am on day 3 of the total cleanse. My weight this morning was 185lbs so Im down 9lbs in just 3 days. So did I start out doing too much or does this regiment sound ok? My body is going through the initial shock of no carbs so Im sure thats why I feel tired. Now for a little medical history as well. I am on week 9 of TRT. Im taking 10mg Androgel a day so I should start seeing some benefit soon as far as decreasing body fat. I also threw in 20mg oral Winny ed last week. Im following the p90X workout to a T doing all exercises and reps. Any feedback would be great.
