Hey every one. I have been taking the below supps for about 6 weeks now. I google'd the other day the L-Arginine and L-Glutamine that I am taking to see if I should be taking more and I seen a lot of people on different forums saying that it's junk and not worth it. Is this true? I was going to stop taking them, but then read a Muscle mag a few minutes ago that talked about Muscle growth while asleep and what supps are best to take before bed. Needless to say now I am confused.
Below are the supps I currently take along with how much I take and what the Mag suggests you take.
Stats:
27 yrs old
6' 1" 200lbs
body fat currently unknown
NOW sports Products:
L- Arginine, 500mg's. I take 2 before bed.
L- Glutamine, 1500mg's. I take 2 before bed.
ADAM Multivitamin. I take 2 when I wake up
BSN:
Cell Mass Creatine . 1 scoop immediately after workout. I workout from 6pm - 8pm 4-5 days a week.
***The Mag suggest to take between 5-10 Grams of L-Arginie and L-Glutamine before bed. I currently take 2 pills of each before bed which equals 3Grams of L-Glutamine and 1 Gram of L-Argintine.
Please let me know if I should stop taking them or continue on taking them. If you all suggest contining on taking them should I increase my dose like the mag said to with 5-10 Grams before bed? If so that's a lot of pills
